    Just got this email confirmation from them that they will process payment to my Neteller 1-Pay account today. Hopefully it all works out. Will update.

    Dear Customer,

    We should be able to process a payout for you via Neteller 1-Pay today. Please confirm the amount you wish to pay out with your account number and password as soon as possible.

        English is my second language, Chinese my first!

        So far they have not deduct the amount from my account balance yet.

          Unfortunatley I am still waiting though they confirmed I should receive last Friday. Below is a copy of my email to them. Money is deducted from my account since Saturday.


          Dear Sir,

          Despite all the email correspondences last week and your assurance that payout will be processed to my Neteller 1-Pay account last Friday, I noted that the amount is not received in my Neteller 1-Pay account until now.

          I will appreciate very much if you could check and advise.

            Update:

            I got the money in my Neteller 1-Pay account yesterday.

            Even though it has taken 2 weeks to sort this out, it is a relief finally. I have to conclude that 5Dimes is OK and will continue to use them.

            I have to say also that they seemed serious in solving the problem of Neteller / Neteller 1-Pay whether it is a technical problem or otherwise. I also got email communication from Neteller 2 days ago so I knew they were working on the problem.

            Finally thank you all and especially SBR CrazyLou and Bill Dozer!
