    5Dimes Poker and Customer service
Ok so I signed in to the poker client with my normal password I've been using forever. Everything was working fine. However, when I tried to transfer from my sportsbook to the poker part it kept telling me I was using the wrong password. I chatted with 5dimes customer support and the dude really was just going in circles so I said whatever. Tried a few days later and the same thing happened. I contacted them through live chat again and "kim" never even responded after her initial question "Hi i'm kim how can I help you today". So now i'm annoyed. I got another woman who seemed like she was going to be able to figure it out but no dice. They couldn't figure out why this was going on and said they would email the poker department and try to figure it out. Its been almost 4 days and no response and still not working.

Anybody ever have this problem before? How did they fix it for you? I understand things get messed up but giving me the run around isn't going to fix it.

You have to use whatever password you have that signs you on to the website.

Tried 5 dimes poker room out. After realizing how high the rake is...called to inquire.
Was put on hold for 5 minutes with no return....hung up on twice, and hounded for account info the next time......all for a simple question

Now if it is such a simple question, answer me why they could not and would not answer this. The only answer they would repeat is it is a 3rd party software.....If you guys put your name on the software, dont you think you can answer a simple question about how you make money?

Stay away from these crooks. the customer service department is the biggest joke in the industry. bunch of children answering calls.

See I haven't ever had to call them other than to talk about my withdraw I had pending at the time and I thought the same thing. Of the 10 times or so that i've had to talk to them about something I would say almost all of them were via live chat and they did a good job. Lately though it has been kind of going downhill. Still no resolve yet so I guess tomorrow I will make a call and see what shit they have to say.

I haven't played online poker since Pokerstars went down for the US.

I had an urge to play a week ago and downloaded 5 Dimes' poker app.

The charge for tournaments is incomprehensible. It's amazing how poorly it is explained. A cs rep was no help, nor was the printed info 5 Dimes has for the Poker room.

It seems like there's a double charge.
                Also no info re: rebuys.
Very difficult to read their Tournament listings.

                I gave up.
                Poorly designed, poorly executed.
And it seems that the tournaments cost twice as much as they did at Pokerstars - with only a fraction of the amount of players that Stars had.

Apparently there was an unnecessary lock on my account this whole time. It took three different people but it was finally fixed. I just go on for fun when I'm bored so I guess we'll see what happens
