based on our rules that are clearly stated you are not entitled to a payout. i just spoke with sam and he made a mistake. he thought you had a regular account and in that case you would be entitled to a payout as it was the first week of the calender month. however, you have a trial account and therefor you are not entitled to a payout.

#49Originally posted by BIGBLACKDOGif you won 800 you could request a payout for 300. that is the amount exceeding your credit line. but you did not win 800. you won 427 your winnings did not exceed 500. no payout.Comment -

#60I dont understand. So, you give information as personal as a W2 form and the rules arent even clear. I thought about trying a credit account but I chatted with someone and they said they only payed once a month. They also said that you had to send money once you won money. Like you win $250 then you send $250 to clear that $250. I dont understand the rules to this credit shop and I think the other is way to shady to take a chance on. So, I advice those intelligent gamblers to stay away from these credit shops.Comment -

You can only request a payout for the amount exceeding your credit line until you make your first payment.
I need to know if they are referring to the total WINNINGS or the total BALANCE. If they are referring to winnings, then they are right but that brings up the question I just posed.Comment -

we dont have any limit on the amount that a player can win. we just require trial account to leave at 500 in their account untilthe make one payment. if he won 1500 we would pay him 1000. which is the amount exceeding his credit line.Comment -
