Odd Waiver Terms For 5Dimes Payout
They have your standard payout methods (NetTeller, MoneyGram, Check etc), though when I inquired about waiving the payout fee they responded with:

Monica: We offer one free withdraw every 30 days process only on Mondays from 9am to 12pm eastern time via Moneyorder and Fed Ex
That is uhm...kind of a tight window. I've previously used: Bodog, Mansion, Pinnacle, SI, and some other books, and I've never come across something like this. Free is free, so I may do it, but I thought it odd.

Anyone else run into this with 5dimes?

They've offered that small window for many years. It's nice that they still even have a free payout in the current climate.

they also waive the fee on bankwires, if you have a problem getting your order in that window just make the request Sunday night, type in the comments section that this payout should be free. It won't be processed until monday anyway so your in the clear

I think it depends on the amount and location they have to send it to.

Why is that? Rebate Wager/Blackdog have Free payouts pretty much all month long.
