Why is the Payout Thread Closed?
No one from SBR answered my question about why it was un-stickied. Could I at least get an answer to why it was closed?

I would like to report a payout as well as continue reading payout reports from others.

Is this something no longer welcome here at SBR?

Please refer to the following section of our FAQ for the reason:

    Content which cannot be posted

SBR Forum prohibits users from describing their financial transactions with third party companies. Any reference(s) to such activity with sportsbooks, poker rooms, or other gaming businesses that may or may not be considered illegal in any jurisdiction will be removed. Users who repeatedly violate this policy will have their posting rights revoked.

Hilarious. The payout thread used to be run by Lou, right? So when he posted and said we should all keep players informed when we got payouts, that was okay. But now we want to know what's going on and we can't.

Between the BI mess, the deleting of posts, the blocking of PMs, etc., SBR is a shadow of it's former self.

When you guys really want to become player representatives and watchdogs for us, let me know. Right now you're no more than a blog or a Facebook page, keeping the posts you like and deleting the ones you don't.

Does this mean that any post in any thread that talks about payout times is not allowed? or is the fact that many of the posters in the monthly payouts threads refer to their payout method (naming the e-wallet etc) that SBR don't like?
Personally I find the information very useful.

Thank you for the explanation. Sorry to see SBR take this stance.

not sure but there are posts from 1-9-2013 on the front page in the sportsbook and industry forum

posting has really fallen off the map on SBR lately. not uncommon to see the latest posts be from 3-4 hours ago

                people are pissed
