Bet365 issue

Hello,

I want some help about my account. I opened an account with Bet365 and i received emails about bonus and verification. I was successful to verify my identity and i did deposit also. I also gt email about mobile bonus. Later on they closed my account by saying management review and they said that they will contact me and its been over a month i had 2500 dollars into my account (bonus) and mobile bonus to be claimed. I did not receive any email so i contacted again and they are not giving me a reason of account under management review. First they encouraged me to deposit by giving me bonus and now they have suspended my account. When i ask about my rights they say that management will contact me which is not happening from a month. I confirmed that i have a balance of 2500 dollars and mobile balance to be claimed. I do not know what should i do now? can u people help me with it, if u need any details, i can provide you. Please contact me and help me with it.

I use 365 they are solid made withdrawals of 1000-8700 this year so hopefully you get ur stuff resolved

Sounds like your not telling all of the truth.. Not saying ur a liar but either u fkd up unknowingly or 365 made a fixable mistake on their end

I think at bet365 you cant have 2 bonuses going at the same time.

Its not about bonus. There is only one bonus active. They are saying my account is under management review. I have already filled the form.

I started on 365 and they reviewed my acc like this as well with no warning it's normal
