Pinnacle Has Siezed My Account Balance

Actually I also think this is a very relevant question. What would Pinnacle have done had the wagers lost? Would they have been void or would his account show a negative balance?

Everyone in the thread seems to be taking Pinnacle's side. I don't think it's that clear. Assuming that the poster has given us all the facts then I think it is not clear at all what the proper response should be.

Granted the reversal is not Pinnacle's fault. But is it the players? He seems to have made the deposit in good faith and now finds that the funds were not transferred through no fault of his.

It seems that the fault lies with **********. Obviously they're not going to make good on the money but it does not seem fair that the player alone has to take the hit for this. After all, both sides agreed on the use of this processor for the transaction so are not both sides responsible for the screwup?

Not really sure what is fair here.

I do think Pinnacle should honor the bet if it turns out ********** made the mistake and they get the money from the poster. If the poster bank blocked the transaction or he went over his limit or whatever it is on him.

Do you know that either side can do the **********? Poster say it wasn't him.

Everyone here seems to accept the following scenerio :
Player makes deposit
Player bets and wins
Player makes **********
Player tries to withdraw winnings.

This does not make sense. If you are trying to scam the book you do a ********** after you lose. Not after you win. Why would you do a ********** which wipes out your win? Something is not right here.

Who gains by the **********? The book not the player. Now I don't really believe that Pinnacle has tried to scam the player here. But I do believe that the player has a legitimate complaint that the old SBR would have followed through on.

Of course all of the above is based on the poster having given a full and accurate account of what happened. That may or may not be the case.

What does it matter if he didn't (and who the fukk knows if he did) initiate the **********? Are you actually accusing Pinnacle of initiating the **********? That would be the DUMBEST theft in the history of thievery. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if they were trying to steal from him, THEY WOULD HAVE JUST KEPT THE FUKKING MONEY.
