I have also been hearing a little about them....Seems like a good solid book although a little smaller......Limts are a little low but everything else about them seems ok.....Anybody use these guys??? Are they for real?

They are OK, as mentioned low limits (especially baseball, which they seemingly have no interest in booking)
Fine to date, but don't offer much that the big boys don't. If you want bonuses, bigger shops still offering that (justbet, 1v) and if your not a bonus player, heritage/5d should be your main outs for US players.Comment -

You know... I like their management team and I know who the backing is... as I have mentioned in the past. Just wondering why they are kept at a C- if they have zero complaints and confirmed veteran management, great customer service and some of the strongest backing in the biz... seriously, what gives. Is it really about advertising opertunities. I consider the BI fiasco a major blunder on SBR´s part and not the end of the world and non the less always thought their ratings to be fairly accurate and a good rule of thumb for guys too start with their proper due diligence when choosing a service but I literally see a good service being held down for no real or apparent reason. Whatever the reason I am almost positive I would of heard of a valid one by now and since I have not what gives? Seriously... how many guys have had a good experience with them and do they not pay fast. This aint a schill job... just wondering. Does anyone else think they have earned a C or C plus...Comment -
"C" is accurate for this place. Took them 40 days to resolve a problem with a wire and then tried to charge me a fee when it was supposed to be free. good bonuses but i rather get paid on time. Irene was helpful with my problem, but they do not seem to have a solid grasp on things over there.Comment -
HHHHMMMMM, have dealt with alot of wires in the past. Wires can sometimes have as many as 3 intermediary banks and is difficult to correct if a problem with any... 40 days may seem like a long time but it is not with a wire and an issue. Sometimes a customer will have a fee in their bank account statement and it is also not necessarily from the primary service bank account and it is not from the customers bank but is in fact from one of the banks in the middle, this is a fact. That is not the services fault though they try their best and no service will cover this additional fee that occurs once in a while. Many will say just send another wire and that will never happen for consideration of customer, multiple wires are not advisable in a short time span from Central America. To say that a problematic wire, one that I have now heard of in well over a year is not grounds for keeping a solid service at such a low rating. I do not work for them and do not been consulting for them... I just happen to know who they are and they are solid and I personally cannot validate such a low rating after so long and so much positive feed back. You are entitled to your opinion but I personally find it groundless and I have explained the dynamics behind your issue so maybe you will reconsider... but even a C is better.Comment -

Considering the content of previous posts as well as the fact I have come right out and said I am a consultant in the biz.. for many years then I have had something to do with upwards of 40 brands... so your rather broad deductive reasoning I will acknowledge for its obvious nature deep throat. I also might point out that if my communication was correctly comprehended you would infer that I was speaking middle banks that insert a fee SOMETIMES which people cannot account for on their statements which neither Bank A or Bank Z willing to acknowledge and the book will not either... I could have lunch manana with a dozen different managers or owners... and yes I may or may not have consulted for some now involved with this brand in the previous years, like I said I know who they are. I made a deposit with them and requested the 50 percent bonus....they did not put the bonus in and said because i didnt ask for it the same day even though i asked for it right after i deposited...that is all just didnt get a bonus when i requested on after my deposit..Comment -
