Heritage is just not what it used to be as far as cs goes and the way they treat their customers. A year ago, they pride themselves in VIP services and individual players attention but now they are just like any other big books. Don't get me wrong, they are still top notch in terms of paying you, having 0.8% cashback on win/loss, and reduced juice. But just not getting the same vibe from them. For example, a year ago I personally got a phone call from a manager because my wager had wrong start time and they cancelled the bet even when the bet lost. But now, they just don't have that kind of same service. Just saying..... nothing that puts them apart from 5dimes or bookmaker anymore. Just my two cents.

I had to deal with cs on the phone today for the 1st time since the greek/bj takeover, the lady I spoke with was as professional as any cs agent Ive ever dealt with from any company, not just sportsbooks. She also spoke English as well or better than any US companies I deal with on a regular basis,JMO.

I go in a thread and post my actual results about a book. I love it when I see a thread knocking Heritage because someone lost money in their casino and wants their money back. There are 100 baseless threads knocking Heritage for every 3 good threads. I've yet to see very many REAL complaints. getting limited, getting kicked out of a book for wagering steam only, etc.. is not really a valid complaint for their overall user base...it's a personal complaint.

If Heritage or 5Dimes were to actually screw people (not in the sense of closing business and paying off full balances but actually taking money) I think it would be huge for the industry. I personally wouldn't play offshore anymore because then I would know flat out even the "good" guys are dirty.
Even WSEX having issues was a pretty big deal years ago.. they are barely limping along.Comment -

People I'm not saying they are bad. They are still good but they used to be so outstanding that they stood out even among a+ books. I tried to deposit $200 using ** today. Give them my info and they tell me ** rejecting my transaction and I have no idea why. Heritage tells me to call **. I Call ** and they tell me everything is correct.
