Hello. i see that SBR helped many people, so i decided to make also complain. The situation is: i made this bet - 12/15/2012 9:07 AM Single\Kaposvari KK - Kormend (Handicap) \Kaposvari KK -3,5\ 30.00euro @ 1.85 won amount 55.50. later i also bet 12/16/2012 Houston Rockets to win against New York Knicks @ 4.7 and 12/17/2012 Zalgiris to beat Nizhny Novgorod @ 1.34. all these bets have won, so i came to look at my winnings 12/17/2012 but i saw only 48.8 euros, that was left after i made all these bets, so winnings was not transfered. I contacted bwin support, explained situation, and later they transfered total of 619.24 euros, that is Zalgiris + Houston Rockets winnings ( 40.20 + 579.04), but somehow, they forgot about Kaposvari KK -3,5 (Hungarian basketball league match). i contacted them again and again, showing printscreen from my bet history, that i made this bet, but no answer receiving until now. Also i filled complain at SBR. I don't know what is going on with that bookie, everything was normal until their webside update. I found a lot people didn't receiving money at that period, but until now everyone get paid, except me lol.. The bet was not canceled, my account was verified, so waiting what bwin will say about that..

i'm in betting about since 2000 year and what i remember bwin(bet and win)always have problems with cash out and limits.
can somebody axplain me how this bookie is rated as B- ?
i told already that i like sbr very much, but with these kind of nonsenses reputation goes down....
