Any rules regarding using your account abroad?

I recently moved to south Korea for a short period to teach.

I used my BWIN account successfully and had no problems betting, depositing or withdrawing. Everything was fine.

After they limited my bets, I decided I would like to close my account.

On Christmas day, whilst back in England, I withdrew the last of my money.

They now have refused my final withdrawal and have closed my account so I cannot access it, either.

Have I done anything wrong? - What will happen to my final withdrawal?

They haven't said a word to me, so I am a little concerned.
