Most of them were shills in on the confidence game Bet Islands so smoothly pulled off. A few were legitimate small time players actually got paid as per the typical ponzi scheme hustle. Pay the little investor with the biggest mouths who will then sing your praises to all who will listen. Worked like a charm.

Not that it helps the poor bastards who may lose their money at BetIslands... I'd love to know where all those shills who bombed every complaint ever posted about BetIslands are. This is why people should have been able to read the complaints and make up their own mind, not have to sift through around ten-fifteen posts insulting someone for making a (sometimes justified) complaint about a sportsbook, just because the shills got themselves a $25 freeplay at some point.
