In lieu of the recent events are my balances safe at these shops? After today I have no idea where to look or who to trust and I am scared. I am just starting to build a bankroll and have around 3k at each shop.

I would take the profits from the books and try to get into winning a smaller amount. If you are betting big might take my action to Vegas. You never know with Offshore if your funds are 100% Safe.
