Every book can have a payout issue or two but when SBR receives three complaints on the same book for a pay out issue their should be a 24 probation period where the book has that time frame to start process to rectify the problem. Here is the criteria the book would have to meet to get of the first level probation:

1] Funds removed from players account
2] Scan of check to be sent to SBR
3] Pictures of check going into FEDEX envelope
4] SBR receives Fedex shipping control number

If book cannot meet this criteria withing the 24hr time frame it is immediately downgraded to F





If book meets the criteria it goes into a second three week probation period where this criteria has to be met to get of the second probation:

1] Player notify SBR that check has been received
2] Player notify SBR that check has cleared

If check bounces or player does not receive check book is immediately downgraded to F. No second chances or sorry excuses. The book has a minimum of three checks to get out so if they value their rating they won't put some dumb ass in charge that will screw things up. They will have to verify that funds are in account and address is correct so there are no screw ups.

Problem is if a book is a sponsor getting on "probation" is slim to none.

I'm just assuming that SBR is on the up and up here.

A books rating would not be affected by being on probation and no one would even know other than the few players, the book and SBR. It would be in the books best interest to get this taken care of before the complaints start piling up and a run on the bank occurs.
