According to their "fast payments" page:

"• Through their e-wallet. If a player wants to receive winnings by e-wallet, the payment can take a maximum of up to 48 hours."

LOL

I cant even find their regulator. Can someone please tell me where should i complain?

They are OK in my experience. Not the fastest book to handle withdrawals, but they give nice small bonuses occasionally and odds are quite good.

Payouts have been between 2 days to 2 weeks by ewallet for me. I've got them within 5 business days most of the time.

Just to inform i received my money today.
No ID asked, only with a lot of delay and most probably after the contact from SBR and the video about the payouts complaint.
Anyway, thank you SBR.

For all of those thinking on their nice bonus and odds...remember that you might wait 3 weeks for a payout via moneybookers!

a week ago I signed up with them. I do deposit of 1150 Euros and a few bets won 6470 euros.
Has proved to all documents id, CC, bank statement.
Somehow I start to fear for their benefit or Withdraw? I have read that the payment process to be very slow?

Maybe someone faced with such problems?
