How is betonline STILL having "processor" delays?
Give me a break with this. Still seeing a ton of people on here waiting well over a month for their payouts. It seems the ONLY way betonline is willing to speed up the process is if someone files a complaint and then BOL attempts to save face to avoid the negative publicity.

Why is this the only way people are getting paid? Scary stuff if you ask me. Lou, can you please chime in? You are doing a fantastic job dealing with betonline and getting people their money, but it seems a bit odd that this is the ONLY way people are getting paid in less than 2 months. Am i wrong?

Saw a recent transcript where betonline told a customer to be patient over and over, but the SECOND he threatened to put his complaint on SBR, the CS rep changed his tone immediately and told him he'd have his tracking info by next week.

Again, nothing but praise for SBR on the handling of these accounts but in terms of the general state of the sportsbook, yikes.

I don't play at BOL but I think many claims are over-exaggerated. There is not one documented person who has been stiffed by them so far. I expect all people will get there money, but with this fiasco I doubt I will ever deposit there.

I've been waiting since November 17th. I have filed a complaint with LOU on here.

SBR (especially Lou) is actually handling all payouts from BOL. So the only way to get paid is of course to contact SBR and not BOL. Strange setup and not very common for books on the recommended list, but this is how it works with BOL.

because processor delays are often book code for liquidity issues

Then why don't you deposit 5000 and let us know how it works out for you.
