No Refund as of December 16th. Emails go unanswered,they don't answer the phone or return messages. SCAM COMPANY!!! Please contact me if you have been screwed over by them or have a membership with them.

I know the feeling, the last time I purchased a betting handicapping service they gave me seven losers in a row, when i tried to get a refund they had moved and disconnected their phone.

Unfortunately even if it was within 45 days, Paypal will NOT get involved in any internet purchase involving software or information.
If they had outrightly taken your payment and then sent you nothing, they still would not have done anything.
This is a major flaw of Paypal.

However, if you used a CC to pay Paypal, then your CC company will dispute this for you.

You are right about Pay Pal problem is that Best Sports Handicapping has a so called guarantee that requires 1 year of service to be completed. So you are screwed going to Pay Pal because you have to wait for the full year to request one if they fail to make their performance standard.For the record its been over 100 days since I requested my refund and they have done nothing. They don't answer the phone and they haven't returned emails since November 9th. SCAM Company all the way...........

gotta go with ebay, i listed some items on craigslist and I got emails about i think you're hot and i wanna hook for an ipad listing. LOL

LOL I could throw darts at the wall and do better statistically... I was in University, major was history with double minor in communications and business and had an interesting professor of South Americas and Mid Americas history... always graded exams on the curve. Very hard to get an A or 4.0 in his class. One mid term the scores came in and he was pissed, some students had gotten under 20% and a few under 10% correct. His comment, with multiple choice, A, B,C,D a student could randomly just fill in the scan sheet and statistically guess between 27% and I think 32% correct. Do not quote me on the math, it was a long time ago and he was not a math professor either but the point was made. Maybe J7 could give us the accurate random statistic... 0 for 7 is pretty bad though, it would surely discourage me from wanting to see what even the paid for picks would have been.

Almost every handicapping company lose money. And some of the winning ones make picks on low level games with small betting limits where the line will move too fast (ex. ras) and they still charge insane amount. RAS and Dr.Bob are thing of the past, bettingresource is the only service that is worth subscribing at the moment...hopefully they won't go down the same path as drbob or ras in the future.

This guy Pat from kingsofmondaynightsfootball.com and the other.com site I have in title are scammers and huge pains in the ass! Pat calls wanted 150$ for the week I have never used a hanicapping service before he dropped to 100$ so say what the hell! He has some 3rd party company send me a contract to esign as soon as I esign a guy name berry calls me back not Pat! He starts trying to get me to come in for a grand and he will win me 4! I said well lets see how my week goes, then maybe we can talk! Then he tells me what I purchased are something like a 1 star picks, basically telling me if I paid the grand I would get there best picks, so I said so I just paid money for so-so picks! Long story short, I got suckered into 250$more from the grand for hiom to guarantee to win me 2grand and when he did we would discuss another deal for more money! Well betting 500$ a game which I was up 3grand to begin with it took over 2 weeks! and the whole time Im still getting daily calls from his lacky Pat begging when I can start paying more, so I said look you are blowing my phone up with texts and call 24-7 while I am working u were shady from the rip, just lose my number! So he starts texting me all this nasty crap that he said he had googled my name bringing up my just recently deceased mother! over and over I finally had to block! They didnt even win 50% of the games lost five str8 at the end of it all! Still had the nerve to text I owe them money! So bottom line they suck are scammers and are low life scum!
