I signed up to Betfair on 14-12-2012. I placed some bets and asked for the bonus they offered me by email. After 4 days they asked my ID as they dont credit bonus without the account being verified. I sent my Id and after 3-4 days asked again for the bonus. They took another 4 days to reply and this time they asked for proof of address, which i sent. Another 2-3 days pass and no bonus...i send another email and this time they claim my proof of address was issued more than 3 months ago which it didn´t.
I gave them call and they told me that the portuguese support is very slow advising me to send the proof of address to the english support. I sent EXACTLY THE SAME letter and it was accepted. Another 3 days passed and i sent another email asking again for the bonus.This last email i sent was on the 3rd December. I am still waiting for an answer.
Unacceptable.
