Requested a 4 figure check in october.

attempted to deposit it late november.

just found out it got rejected by the bank.

will keep you guys updated on 5dimes' response.

this is the first major issue with 5D i have ever had.

just over a month was the gap. i usually have no issue.

oct 15 requested nov 26 deposited.

They tell you when you get the check to try to deposit it that same day to avoid those problems. I dont see a reason to hold any check that long before cashing it or depositing.

Correct I'm at school right now and had it sent to my house, and didn't pick it up until a month later. Dumb move, I know.

This was (literally) the 11th payout I've had, and I never had an issue with the first 10. This is why I'm generally a huge 5Dimes supporter, even though Tony accused me of past posting once.

5D wants me to get a letter from the bank explaining why the check bounced, as well as getting the check back.

Will report back on Wednesday.

Had the exact same issue very recently with them..... after jumping through a few hoops got the money put back in account. Checking my options before next withdrawl.

Most sports books urge you to not hold on to checks upon receipt and cash them right away.

Matter of circumstances led to holding onto check for over a month before attempting to cash. Coincedence I had my first problem with check from 5dimes ? CASH YOUR CHECKS IMMEDIATLY !!!!!!!

V1y it happens time to time. I presume check bounced acct closed. Basically bank got suspicious of processors acct and closed it other thing that will happen is processor will get wind bank is looking into their acct and processor will pull the funds before bank closes it (that would return NSF though). There were a few other people recently posting about checks bouncing at other books so most likely all books use same processors as you guys had the issue same time period. Nice to see 5dimes rectified situation in a timely manner.

In the future I would recommend to not even cash the check. Call 5dimes and have them reissue.

why?? because they put money back in your account after you notified them the check bounced?? even F book can do that.. lol
