Wagerweb ridiculous payout time frames. Any advice
I read an excellent A+ review and recommendation about Wagerweb.com on bankrollsports.com and their same day payouts, and proceeded to open an account there about 6 weeks ago. I lost 5 consecutive deposits, before going on a long winning streak to build up a large balance there. I thought their advertising about same day payouts would also apply to Fe-dex checks. I have 5 pending check payouts for $3000 each dating back to November, 21. I have been receiving emails confirming that each payout has been processed approximately 2 days after the date of each request.

Today is December, 7 and I am yet to receive a single tracking number for any of the Fe-dex checks. I also have been told by their CS and management that it might take up to 30 to 60 days for those checks to arrive. Thirty to sixty days, and they advertise for same day payouts allover their website? That's even worse than sportsbook.com. Unfortunately, I do also still have a large balance there of about $17,000 besides the 5 pending payouts, and it is not possible to request P2P payouts because of the very expensive fees and the large balance.

This is a very large portion of my bankroll and life savings. I have lost most of my balances at other sportsbooks as well. I was trying to lose some of the balance at Wagerweb, which did cost me lots of money in juice, and obviously caused my balance there to grow even more, to add to my frustration. For their credit though, they assured me that my money is safe and I will get paid in a timely manner. But, I am still worried about having a large balance there. I was wondering if anyone had similar experience there, or if anyone know their actual time frames for checks to arrive, or any advice on what my best options are? Thanks in advance.

    Hi rowand13,

Thanks for posting. Can you submit your account ID in a complaint form?

The same-day advertisement is referencing P2P transactions. I hear you on the fees. The standard for books that have a delay through one method is to offer another at the same cost, reducing fees as appropriate. We can ask WagerWeb management about this if you'll put the form in.

it's going to take around 25-30 days for the courier method. i had a total of 6 payouts in the past year with them and the fastest was 25 days. but i got all 6 of them and everything was fine.

I had multiple check payouts from Wagerweb in 2012. They all arrived about 30 days after I requested them. They limited me to $25 on every bet and stopped offering bonus points and free payouts. I was able to get all my money out minus the fees for the checks.

Thanks Lou, for your reply and your willingness to help. I just submitted a complaint form with my account ID and my email. I wish if I can have some of the payouts processed soon, so I can use the funds. Let me know if you have an update. I do appreciate your reply.

It has been a month since your payout requests. Did you get paid yet? Anyone else get a check from wagerweb recently and how long did it take?
