This is very disturbing to me as BOL is my largest account at over $13K (just my luck, slight losses in my other two but big gains in BOL). Can somebody please post a recent positive experience regarding a payment to make me feel better? I joined them because of the early lines that they post.

Just got a voicemail from someone at Betonline telling me they will have a tracking number for me tomorrow. Not getting my hopes up but we'll see.

Day 30

Well, another day as passed and no check or tracking number. It looks yet another broken promise/guarantee from BetOnline, this time from a manager.

I only used this book because of its B+ SBR recommendation and I feel cheated by all parties. I warn anyone and everyone to stay away from BetOnline.

book is crap, i stopped there once i went on my last losing streak. i hate their customer service and emailing them takes 2-3 days to get a response on a regular question. i have also been promised 3 separate times by freeplay would be reset and it has not.

DAY 31 Update

Got emailed a tracking number for my check. I won't exhale until after the check clears, but it is a good sign.

No doubt the publicity on SBR has pushed things along.

Yes, never posted a complaint about them on SBR about betonline but when live chat gave resolved an issue immediatly after informed them i was a sbr member. weird.

Well it is now 12/6/12, and I have received no check or tracking number. I was hopeful I had scared Betonline into paying but it looks like their guarantee was worthless. It has been almost a month since I requested my payout and still no updates. I just went on their live chat again, and was told that they are experiencing processor issues. I warn anyone reading to NOT USE BETONLINE.
