Question,
I am trying to get my money out of betus.com. They want copies of the credit cards that I used for funding the account, which I have no problem giving to them. However, one of the cards that I used was a couple years ago, and since then the card has expired and I no longer have it.
Because I no longer have that card in my possession, and therefore cannot give them a copy of it, is there any possible way of getting my money out?
