5DIMES.COM server problem and I ended up paying for it.

I was betting all night on the NY Giants and Green Bay Packers live plays.
Whenever there is a commercial break the site 5Dimes.com is very slow. I understand its probably because everyone is trying to place bets at the same time.

each commercial break I place a live bet on Giants/GB game. in the beginning of the 2nd QTR I placed a bet under 16.5 2nd qtr total score. the bet goes through and I know for sure I selected the right game and right play which was under 16.5 +110.

I look at my pending bets and I see a Canadian football game of teams I never heard of. I tried contacting 5dimes to explain and they said that it wasnt an accident and that I did place the canadian football game bet. mind you I never bet on CA football. and I had 4 other live play bets for Giants/GB and other bet before the game started for the same game. The live chat rep still thought I was making this whole thing up. Ended up losing that bet. Not sure if anyone on here knows anyone that can take a look into this.

Has this ever happened to anyone or am I just going crazy?

The lines were being posted at the same time, so unfortunately it was very easy for someone to make a mistake by betting the wrong game. Sorry to tell you, but you bet the wrong game and they aren't going to refund you.

I've been there so I feel for you, but it's not gonna change.
