Why can I not place a wager in the SBR Sportsbook?

I keep getting an error message when I hit Submit.

I cant get an answer in live chat, and haven't got an email back?

Anyone know why this is??

Have you cleared your cache and logged back in following yesterday's upgrade? We have players placing bets as normal.

Please try to hit CTRL F5 or manually delete cache and report back.

thanks for the response Lou. I tried cntrl f5 and nothing. For whatever reason, my pending balance says -350 if that matters
