Lousy US payout options

How come the options for making payouts are so lousy when you use US bookies ?

A lot of them accept CC as deposit methods and a few accept MB, but when it comes to the payout it is only possible to choose checks (This is 2012 !!!, I have not used a check since 19xx), wire and some obscure cash transfers.

At least it should be possible to get a payout the same way you have made the deposit

I saw the thread for GTbets, deposit ways are Amex, ****, Mastercards. Payout options are check and wire.

Betdsi has these options: **, **, Paper Check, Wire Transfer, and Neteller
Sportsbetting, wire and checks
Dimeline, wire, checks and some strange other options.

Compared with european bookies I am missing all the easy ways to withdraw money and not least free options.
