Guess its time for people to stop lumping them in with Ladbrokes (and possibly nordicbet and stanjames) as one of the few really trustworthy companies on the Microgaming network. Dont have any personal experience with them, but have heard a few similar horror stories about them for years, where the OP hadnt gotten any explanation.

Just horrible! A book that makes such things (confiscates balance with no explanation !) mustn't only be downgraded but blacklisted to avoid anyone to use it !

Unibet has been downgraded for very good reasons. Be very careful, it can't be trusted. I've had a recent bad experience with a delayed payout. Still waiting for my money, ongoing excuses along the same lines as other sports books which delay payment. Stay away if you can because it isn't worth dealing with. Much better options out there. Don't be seduced by juicy odds and bonuses. That's the only way it can entice players. Service is dreadful. A complete joke compared to the likes of pinnacle.
