betonline payout problem...need help

Customer Service at BetOnline told me if I pay the extra fee the fastest way to get my withdrawal(by check) is by Express Check and it will take 7 days
Its been over 21 days since I requested the withdrawal and I still have not received my payout and they are not answering my emails
