I sent money today. I met the min required to cover fees. I asked for fees to be covered they told me they only cover 10% unless i send a receipt to prove it was higher.
It was a 2 freakin dollar difference but what the hell it will take me but a minute. I send them the receipt. They come back with this. (note that i sent same amount in person last week and it cost the same in fees)
this is all over $2.
