1. Not only were the tough to deal with depositing money.
2. I misplaced a bet... the line actually went against the bet. I placed a bet 47 Over and the line went to 47.5 and I actually tried to get it cancelled and even though they were on the better side... they wouldn't cancel my bet. I was actually giving them a half a point...
3. Getting money out has been impossible. Bet Jamaica was never like this.

Not sure... doesn't feel like enough... I've dealt with at least 7 or 8 sportsbook or

more and never been this mistreated. So... Honestly, no two threads don't seem like enough...do you work with Heritage....

I find it very ironic that when I told them... I would relay my experience people show up out of the woodwork. Heritage obviously has people on staff looking at these boards and then posting.

What kind of trouble did you had when you try to make a deposit?? And your 2nd problem, well you will have same issue no matter where you play if line has been changed. If line was same, they will cancel the bet for you. And for payout, which method did you use??

Uh i don't want to troll you, but if you bet O47 and line goes to 47.5 you got the better number (prolly still not great cos you paid the -110 right, but..)

Just not canceling a wager does not make them a bad book. They all say all internet bets are final and any cancellation is at their discretion. This obviously doesn't apply to bad lines. And about the guy's comment earlier about only cancelling if the line did not move (in any direction), yes, many books do that.

IMHO credibility is often shown with how the person deals with the complaint.
If someone goes on a forum and makes 3-4-5 posts about the same thing and uses such wording there is usually more than meets the eye. These are usually the same people who go into live chat and explode on the agents/managers.

IF someone posts once with a well thought out response and questions it seems a lot more credible and professional. Doing it the way you did makes you seem unstable...whatever the issue may be. Good luck either way with your issue
