Bookmaker is an excellent book..they fixed my mistake

So I was attempting to try their new Parlay Cards bets and I was putting in dollar amounts and combinations to see the payouts.

Well these bet screens are a little different from their other bet screens...anyway I accidently bet my entire balance..mid 4 digits on a 4 team parlay!!!

I almost had a heart attack.

So I get on the online chat and the rep tells me they won't refund it and all bets are final. She gives me the number to the wagering department and I call for like 20 minutes. No answer or busy. So of course I am ready to cry.

Then I finally get through and after 5-6 minutes of being on hold, I get the bet cancelled. Now that is CS!

I will bet with them forever now. Okay I am now gonna go have a massive left anterior descending heart attack...

Parlay will probably win---how can you accidently make this bet---don`t you have to type in password---hit confirm

You only type in a password to enter the site...not before wagers.

And yes you are right, it probably will hit.
