Any semi-reputable sportsbooks still offer 3 team 6pt teasers at +180 or 4 team 6pt teasers at +300 without shading their lines?

Or are locals the only place left to play wongs?

If you go to 5-teamers, a lot of books still offer +450 (not quite as good as what you asked for, but very close) including pinnacle.
