I know they are shady but I seem to have good luck with them. But the last week there website has been horrible is anyone else experiencing this? I called and they said it works. Doesn't work on PC, Mac or iPhone for me.

Actually they aren't shady, have a few isolated "unresolved" incidents and their website has been working fine during the time you said you had problems.

So the website works when I'm on my cellular data plan but not wifi? Any thoughts?
