Stryyke not paying up

Hello!
21.12.2008 I have ordered the payment of 1000 euros in Webmoney and sent them my passport. The money I still have not paid!
In my letter, they are responsible (23.12.2008, 06.01.2009, 16.01.2009, 23.01.2009): "We apologise that the payout took so much time and please accept my apologise, as we fully understand the frustration that such payout delay can cause. But please be sure we will proceed with your withdrawal as soon as possible. "

It is now 40 days after the order of payment!
Please help me in solving this problem.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Stryyke seems to be getting worse than normal lately. If you haven't already please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf to find out what the problem is.

Glad to hear that you've already received the money.

However, Dan is right, u have to be careful at that book since you had this issue. Start looking for other books instead which has no difficulties in payout..

I filled the complain form on 15th of december. Support of SBR emailed on my issue on january...
But I still don't have my money

It's almoust 3 month since I order a bank transfer to my account !!!

Is Stryyke a bankrut ??

I'm laughing becouse on the other hand I have to shoot on my head...

I wrote to stryyke support today and their email are working (when I was written few weeks ago they did not)...
Support answer me... This:

November 2008 and we proceed it at 25th of November 2008 and we confirmed the

After reviewing our bank account, I see that the money didn't arrived on your
bank account and was transferred back to our account. Unfortunately it has
been overlooked by us.

I have credit xxx,00 Euro to your account and ask you kindly to request a new

Stryyke has been good in that past about eventually resolving issues when we bring them to them. At the moment we have two complaints including mlodiii's. I have emailed Stryyke on these two issues, and hopefully we will see a quick resolution.

40 days left from my withdrawal request , but i do not get my money ( only about 200EUR)

i sent emails to sportsbookreview.com and bookmakersreview.com more than 3 times so for
and of course to stryyke, nothing happens, (only bookmakersreview answered first time " I appreciate the feedback I'm not sure I could help in any way." )

stryyke answer (if has) always like this:

stryyke doesn´t like to pay

Hello to everyone

Today makes 3 weeks and 1 day since stryyke said that i would receive my payment.
Now, when i ask them where is my money i have no response.
Only yesterday i received an automatic response, saying to me to be patient!!!!!even more??????
Its 118€, it´s not a fortune, but is my money.
I already sent all my documents, even that i had to remember them to respond me. It´s the worst betting house i have ever made.
If they can´t pay to the customers they should close the doors.
When i wanted to deposit they were fast in their response.
To pay, no one is there. Nothing by email, nothing by fax, messenger always off.This is no way to treat a customer.

Stryyke Issues

This all sounds very familiar!!

I asked for a moneybookers payout of 460 euro on 1st June and guess what.......still waiting.

I've e-mailed these crooks on too many occassions only to be fobbed off by stalling tactics and lies. Maybe SBR can blacklist these thieves - they have no idea how to operate in this market and it's annoyed a hell of a lot of people.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Stryyke are the worst bookie I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

If you have filled out a complaint form at SBR and haven't heard back, please mail us at assistance@sportsbookreview .com and we will look into your case. Most of you guys who have posted recently here should have correspondence from me. Stryyke has been paying everyone, but paying slowly. If you haven't violated any rules, then I suspect you will get paid in full.

They always reply mails with the same message, apologiing to me and soon i have my money.

If i get my money i will communicate here, but now my hopes are already low.

Just discovered this forum and was concerned by reading your post on Stryyke.

I opened an account few days ago and today I request a payout of a bit less than 1 K Euros. Does Stryyke pay at the end ? Is it just a question of being patient ? Are there any people who got paid quickly, what was their strategy ? Also noticed that people have praised SBR for their help, does it help ? what do I need to do to get SBR support ? thanks all for your posts.
