Question for SBR about Censoring Processor Terms

I'm curious why we can say NETELLER, Skrill, Moneybookers with no censor but there's several other e-wallets that don't service the US at all but are censored? I PMed asking about this several months ago with no response. Just curious if there is a reason for this if they're not taking US and block most other countries it is an issue too.

NT, Skrill are the big boys. Some of the more obscure methods the industry as a whole prefers not to be published, including those that don't serve the US.
