td , I can get 1000, but that is with a td account, not sure what it would be with other, but i would think it would be same

TD is the best with most ATM's 1K. You do not need a TD account for this limit, any ATM card will do.

ATM limits can be negotiated with your bank (at least, in most cases, if not all).

Yep. Call em up or go into your branch and they can adjust. I had mine lowered for security reasons.

Can't you just use the card around different banks and keep withdrawing the limit every time?
