    BetDSI bait and switch?
So I've always been happy with this book, but I am starting to wonder whats going on.

A few days ago I was offered a large bonus to come back and make a deposit. Today I figured what the heck, might as well, why turn down free money, and I initiated a live chat where I confirmed the bonus was still available. After making a deposit and requesting the bonus I am now being told the offer expired and they cannot find any evidence that I was told the bonus was still valid today.

Is this just a mixup or a good old fashioned bait and switch? I don't know, but I would advice discretion before depositing here.....

    Very disappointed.

    tsrudm,

If possible, please drop me a PM or email me to freepplay@betdsi.com with your account number. I will take a look at this for you.

Don't trust live chat too much, they can always say silly girl X made a mistake.
Request confirmation from somebody higher in the food chain, if you wouldn't deposit without a bonus.

I have contacted betdsi above and will let you guys know if it is resolved. Not necessarily because anyone cares about me, but just to give everyone full information. if they resolve it amicably I'll bear no grudge. But for anyone looking to contact them over a similar issue, the email above is not correct. There should only be one "p" for freeplay@betdsi.eu

I sent an email this morning. Did you receive it? No worries on the typo, I figured it out.
