As you may have noticed, the forum was offline for a period. We identified a security incident to Sportsbook Review Forum and took the site offline as a containment step while we investigated.

betmania,betphoniex and skybook are the same they pay within a week via p2pis all i know. I also know that bonuses have ALOT of restrictions, hold on fund and low max cashouts, both very crappy things. Take no bonus I'd guess they send a check in reasonable timeframe as well.
