Mooregames playing the stall game

Mooregames are giving me a runaround for 15 days now. They don`t proceed my Moneybookers payout of mid 3-figures.

This is what I got from them 10 days ago:

Our financial department is working on it. It might take a fewmore days due to a very high volume of transaction encountered in this period.

Now they don`t even respond to my e-mails anymore. Looks like they are in trouble.

I have a account in mooregames.com from some months. Before i received my money. But before 45 days i made my pay, this was my second pay out - 1000 euro , and i waiting my money 45 days. And yet i am not receive my money. Plewase if someone know how i can receive my money to tell me. They paid me 1000 euro yesterday after 21 days but their behaviour was tragic. They said all the time that my withdrawl is under proceed, that they lack of staff and they mocked me every time was trying to communicate with them telling me that i was consuming their time by answering emails instead of working. I have 119 euro in my mooregames account and i will withdrawl it at 5/11.

Hi,

I had a 4 digit cashout and I got my money in less than 20 hours after I sent my docs.
The friend who told me about Moore Games (he is also romanian) got his money in 2 days.

I think people should also write about their good experiences, not only the bad ones.

I think you are an employee at Moore Games. This is your first post and you're saying that you and your friend got paid fast. But I can't see why some got paid within a day and others not even in three weeks..

You clearly try to promote these slowpayers.

I don't know about others, I am just saying that I play there from time to time and I cashed out every time with no problems and I like their vip program.
I cashout fast and I guess you have had problems for some reasons.

Hi all. I was told from SBR Pro King_Suckerman to give my 2 cents in this thread regarding moore games. I have been a member since February and always had withdraws approved from 1 - 3 days. Last couple of withdraws has taken less then 12 hours. However their prebet odds are slightly worse then for example Bet365 or Expekt and that´s why I just play Live bets which are good. Their loyalty program with the stake back on losing bets are great and they have always paid in time for my losing bets. I am a little worried by reading the posts here and I will have a bird eye on future withdraws and if they change their withdraw behaviour. Hope my post was useful for you guys.
