Are they a fast payout book or a scum book?

I am looking for good book that has fast payout and good reload bonus.

they are fairly quick with p2p, don't know about checks ans wires. Bonuses often times have low max cashouts and 30 to 60 hold on funds. i'd suggest not taking a bonus if you're trying to score big and or looking to get paid fast.
