which one is a better book, or is it comparing apples to apples?


getting fed up with 5 dimes,
1) running slow on game day,

2) customer service- i've asked 5 times this week to grade 2 of my future wagers (that have clearly cashed team total over wins) yet they are still pending, getting pretty annoying to have to keep asking
