    Question about Las Vegas books.
    On 5Dimes, I am able to move the run line/puck line for mlb/nhl.. so -1 1/2 +135 will drop to -1 +107.

    2 questions.

Where in Vegas can I get this option?
What is the sports betting term for doing such a thing?

It's called buying points. It's not available at most Vegas books. Some places will let you buy a hook in football or basketball, but that's about it.

It's only a good idea if the price is right anyway.

A veteran gambler told me it was easier buying a hooker for sex than a hook on a game in Vegas.

Alternatively you could just bet ML and -1.5 goals.

Same as betting -1 assuming you structure your flat bets accordingly.

I love that option, which I've seen only at 5Dimes and Heritage.
The drop down window allows for buying and selling points/runs/goals.

            To me very very useful.

Do you kniw any other off shore who has this option?
            WILL SEND POINTS!!

In this example you are selling points, and no Vegas book will let you do this. There are a number of Vegas books that still let you buy a half point. Though most have gotten wise to buying off certain numbers in football, and some charge more than 10 cents. You wont find any vegas books letting you buy points for sports other than football or basketball.
