I went to heritagesports after seeing them with an A review on sbr reviews. Honestly i dont know how they have an A. they say reduced juice....but the juices are not reduced on any games. They offer a terrible 8% reup bonus and their deposit methods are terrible. None the less i deposited over 6k with this sit through ** in a 2 week span. One time i deposited 1050 through western uniion, since their site says max deposit is 1200 through **. After i contacted them to give them the control number they told me max is 1000 although their site says 1200, the reason being is that person cant pick up that much...idk why an exception couldnt be made I told them i left the ** store already, and they told me i gotta call ** to cancel and then go back to the store to redo it. I asked can anything be done for the inconvenience. they told me no...straight up no.... Right then and there i realized their customer service was non existant.
The following week i made another 1000$ deposit to bet on some games i liked...i logged into the casino to play a little till the games got closer to see line changes...i couldnt believe how bad their casino was...i kept playing and playing till i lost the whole deposit. I lost about 18 out of 20hands... so i googled their casino and found out it was reviewed. I called and spoke to gabriel...and his reasoning to me is "were heritagesports not heritagecasino"... and i asked him, does that give u the right to rig the casino? the site is complete bullshit and has to be the worse book i have ever used

If someone wants to say that Heritage has slipped from being a very premium book whose players were treated like they were special to just being a solid out with not a lot of special attention to players anymore....... that is probably very true and valid. They have lost a lot of exclusivity with their expansion. But they are still a very solid book, and I've never had an issue with getting paid or making deposits.

As for Cory - he was banned, he knew he was banned, and he played anyway. He deserves nothing.

For whatever reason a one sided post was made. Whether coincidental or intentional it was a one sided story written to look obvious. But it was later revealed there was much more to the story not shared. It is quite astonishing how many people can make a determination without reviewing the facts let alone after reading only a one sided report.

He deserves nothing.

Imo based on what's presented so far, he and his mother deserve an apology and full payment. Perhaps fair agreed upon arbitration (and I don't mean the ultimatum presented and spun) would also suffice.

My personal determination, which means absolutely nothing, is based on past history. I've seen all of the Cory vs. EZ nonsense. I've read all of this Heritage nonsense. I've also read all of the Cory information as being historically fraudulent. As far as I am concerned, people like Cory are one of the biggest reasons the offshore industry is becoming a complete pain.

But like I said, my point of view is meaningless. And so is yours........

Going on 10 years with Heritage and never had a issue that wasnt quickly resolved. Always paid, any hiccup is quickly resolved with a simple call to CS.....I miss the one hour payouts at my ATM, fruit baskets at the holidays and cards sent to me......like a poster said, the ass kissing has gone away and I miss it but never a issue

BOL is better than an average book is probably the most I've said, and certainly was in a BOL thread as not a book I'd go anywhere close to out of my way to recommend, but believe they're fine, have improved and will keep improving. Simple as that.

I haven't went back and read, but quickly a topic from another thread got introduced here I was a little worked up at the time and the conversations carried on here. To answer what I believe you're asking, I have no relationship to either party whatsoever. My entire read on the situation is all uncovered from my own research and what can be read on the other thread. I'm not backing Cory nor am I on his side or in the slightest bit in cahoots with him. I'm against the injustice a book can keep cash at any time and use dishonest PR to sway sides. That's about all... Principle of not letting a book steal skin without bearing the press for their actions and an advocate of finding a fair agreed upon resolution or arbitration process. It's turned into a bit of debate and got heated. I apologize if it came off at all psychotic.
