Great thing from heritage... just sucks it doesn’t affect parlays. Got a lot of attitude over live chat when I asked why it doesn’t. Had a 4 leg parlay with 3 winners and the packer moneyline but that isn’t eligible.

At least heritage is giving back to some people.

Even when ur down at the book like I am. Imagine losing ur ass at a blackjack table and once ur down they change the rule to BJ pays 6:5. Maybe keep the Mickeymouse balloon animals ur handing out and behave like a legit book.

Bet365 refunded me half of my total wagers on GB ($435) in cash which was an excellent gesture. DSI on the other hand isn't willing to budge. I might just cash out of DSI and try Heritage after this.

I dont see it happening as

A. Handing out free play to anyone on the square side of a NFL game in week 2 is like giving a crackhead a free hit...giving a free play to MLB bettors in may is feeding steak to a shark.

B. Its not guarantee the A's backers would win..cleveland would have had another 3 outs to tie/win..the game in question was decided with little/no time left.

C. Heritage has denied in such cases in the past...I remember having a sizeable wager in Nyy @ Bal game 2 or 3 years back...game got called with NYY winning in the 7th by 2 or 3, having taken lead in 7th in a back and forth game...Bal was at bat with 2 out and they called it.

Scoring for betting purposes reverted to last COMPLETED inning...so Bal won and squares were crushed (line was around NYY -130ish...and should have been -200ish bases on the teams on the field on paper).

Legends, sportsbook.com and some other operation gav me a refund/free play as a bonus...heritage wouldnt budge (as was their right per rules).

What was the wager and amount?

Alot easier to refund a 25 dollar wager to a player on 40 cent golf matchups than it is to refund a 5k bases ml at 8 cents...and if they publicly gave anyone a refund...they would be flooded with request on every blown call..or perceived blown call.

Love how any time you give someone something free, you're 'classy' or a 'class act.' I admit, it was generous of them (although not a client of Heritage) and a great way to encourage discouraged gamblers from taking a break out of anger over the play (Believe me, Heritage likely made a ton more in new deposits by satisfied gamblers who received their $100 than they shelled out in $100 bets) but still amazed by the emphasis people put on others that give them things 'free.' Just a point of observation.

Ok, makes sense on a matchup...round was completed and grade immediately would be winner I assume, but by virtue of an officials change...2 stroke penalty caused a loser.

That AM it was still undecided if it would be a DQ...if so, would have voided the wager as one side was no action (dq would be equal to injury/personal withdraw from tourney - if its a 1 round matchup, rightly voided......if its a tourney matchup, they did you a favor).

I saw this thread bumped recently and it reminded me that I had a bet on the Packers but never got a freeplay from Heritage. I contacted Heritage to double check my account and eventually realized I had made my Packers bet on BetIslands (sigh). Nonetheless, Heritage was nice enough to give me a freeplay anyways for my tough break... just another reason why they are the BEST!
