Heritage Book to Book

How long does it take to make a book to book transfer to 5Dimes. So far it's over 1 day for me and still waiting. When I did a book to book from 5D to Heritage it was less than 30 mins.

It should take no more than 2 hours. I have done Heritage to 5Dimes transfers before and thats the avg time. Call Heritage and ask if they have processed your request.

yup.. did it couple times and no more than 2 hours

Update-transfer went finally went through. They sent an email saying that they apologize for the delay. A new clerk sent the request to a manager that had the day off.
