Not too impressed so far. Made a deposit this morning around 8 am and it has not shown up (currently 3:15pm). The money has left my bank, but not been credited to my account. I have emailed their support staff. No answer. Called their number and gotten a recorded answering machine. No answer.
Really wanted to love these guys. I love their format and mobile formats. Unfortunately it looks like their customer service is not all that great. Anyone ever worked with them before or have any ideas on where I should bring my action after I get a refund (if they ever contact me).
