SBR Complaint Average Time?

Hello, yesterday I filied a complaint with SBR against Bet Online (*sigh* I know, but I've switched to 5Dimes since then).
To sum in up quickly: I requested a wire payout from Bet Online in the form of $2209 on August 14th, and was told I would receive it no later than August 21st. Since then I have contacted them multiple about it being well past then, but have only be told it has been "delayed". Really, I would accept wire, person-to-person/**, or sportsbook to sportsbook transfer, which ever would be quickest.
I've forwarded SBR all the emails of the conversations with BetOnline, does anybody know how long it usually takes for SBR to look into your complaint?
