How Marathonbet stole me 3000 euros ( Work in progress )

Hello everybody !

I made around 1000 euros deposit on my Marathonbet account with Neteller ( via SofortBanking, with my personnal Bank account )

I lost almost all, and finally only 125 euros are remaining. With it, i up to about 3000 euros.
It was only live betting ( tennis Set , Volley Set )

I ask fort a cash-out, and marathonbet froze my account !

They mailed me to send some ID Documents, and i done it immediatly.

But in the same time, Neteller closed my account because with the same IP, i creat an other account for a friend. Nothing bad
Marathonbet told me than they only pay me on my account Neteller, and nothing else. ( I ask to pay on my Skrill Account, they refused )

So i call and sent mail to neteller to re-open my account, but they can't.

After 2 weeks without news ( i sent a lot of mails.. ) MarathonBet sent me finally :

Thank you for contacting Marathonbet about your Account

Following a recent review of your Marathonbet account, we do not believe that
you are genuinely using your account for gaming purposes and have therefore
made the decision to close your account.

Any existing balance you have on your Marathonbet account will be withheld
indefinitely. This decision is final.

They won't pay me, they won't rembourse my deposits, using the pretexte than ""i'm not using genuinely my account" ??????
This is robbery !!!
I ask for some evidence, because the reason for the closure is totally wrong.

And for answer, they told me to send a letter of complaint to their address in Curacao.... are you serious ?

Never had any problems with Marathonbet. Quick service and payouts. Even DC withdrawals within not even 24 hours here in the UK. You should have had the banktransfer as available method as well. Banktransfer is always available next to the method you have deposit with. They are genuine.

This is your fault then as mentioned above by HeeeHAWWWW.

Quote from their site, so there should be some option to switch payment method.Yes, it is mostly his fault, but sportsbooks cant just confiscate money in these situations, especially since he didnt took any bonus or try to cheat Marathonbet.

i believe its wrong that marathonbet do not send the rest of the funds to another payment solution (like wire), whatsoever happened with neteller and IP address. (they have your documents). This is absolute robbery imo. fufu. keep fighting for your money. (good post).
