Look, Woodsy, here is what happened. OP has a problem with first w/d, even tho second arrived. OP asks SBR for help, after 5dimes tells OP that processor claims no money came back. SBR calls 5dimes, who inform SBR that the processor has now confirmed that the money has been returned. If SBR had never gotten involved, the result would have been the same. So, how many customers do you think 5dimes has done this to? Do you think this is the only case? If 5dimes is doing this on a regular basis, you don't think any of the victims would have found their way here? You are the one that needs to WAKE UP. The sportsbook's reputation is everything offshore. The moment a book like 5ddimes starts ripping off customers, they will turn a very profitable business into a ghost town. I am surprised that someone that has been around here as long as you could believe this nonsense.Comment -
5d is scamming me for over 30k and I can't even get a fair review from sbr. I got one of their reps posting in my favor then he gets silenced by his bosses! I get labeled in a class of shot takers or scam artists and tony threatens my life informing me I should be packing my bags because people r comming for his money. I to called his cs department and requested to speak with management where I was then given bad information by two of their reps. Yet I'm the bad guy who scammed them. I also thought they were a great book until I started winning or in their eyes stealing serious money.iv been threatened twice by tony himself. it's documented and proven but sbr chooses to ignore me and continue promoting them as an a book! There r many threads on my situation and I have a lot of support but I can't get the support of sbr!Comment -
I have been a 5dimes customer for close to ten years, and couldn't work without them. I have read your thread and I am of the opinion that 5dimes should pay you your balance, along with most of the posters here. However, I don't think 5dimes is "scamming" you. They were taken advantage of by a few players, and they think you were one of them. They have made a poor decision here that has the same results for you as a scam, but their actions are not due to dishonesty. I think there is still some hope for you to get your money, since so many posters agree with Justin7's evaluation. Your thread has been going for a week and is on page ten. That is a lot of publicity. And, it would seem that with all the support you are receiving from everyone except Bill and Lou, maybe your facts will eventually be heard. SBR's credibility is getting attacked on so many fronts lately!Comment -
you have been playing at 5dimes for 10 years..meaning you have been gambling atleast 10 years offshore.. and you dont see the shadyness off this book?? for that matter all books.. with that payout getting messed up it gave them an excuse to try to pocket that money.. what did it do get magically lost between the processor and **.. thats the card they were trying to play.. he went to sbr they called on his behalf..and suddenly it is OK..
obviously they arent going to screw everyone but they saw an oppurtunity where they could place blame somewhere else.. its not just them. you hear all the time "processor issues" ... sometimes that is valid.. but more times than not that is just an excuse in books delaying..In this case 5 dimes thought they could blame it on the processor hoping the guy would go away.. and if he didnt they would play it on the procesor.. typical moveComment
