Well last week i made my first deposit and i was told i get a 150%CASH casino bonus. After 2 days of wagering they froze my account. I called and spoke with Ryan and he told me it has been 2 days and i have not played any casino so he took away my CASH bonus and put it in as a casino bonus, I then asked him could he take that out and make it the 50% bonus Freeplay. He said no this cannot be done. Today i went and placed a wager on soccer match New Castle UTD @ Everton. I initially placed a wager on Everton and the line moved so that play could not be cancelled; so i was forced to make the counter wager on New Castle. The game ended 2-2 and the wager amount was taken out of the account, I called to see why this happened since i had equal plays on both team which should have resulted in a push. Ryan told me i should have chosen "Draw" in the soccer match. The problem is I did not see this option when i placed the wager, I tried explaining this to him seeing as though im a new member and was not aware nor did i see it. He told me there is nothing he could do but give me a $50 free play 8x rollover with a $250 max cashout. I then asked him could he at least restore my intial deposit since he wouldnt cancel that wager; he told me no! Does anyone have any advice as to what i should do? I am new to online sportsbooks and operating them, someone please help.

not much you can do on the bet. The draw was on there because i was going bet on it, but took the over instead. Unforuntly what you did was like betting red and black in roluette and it landing on green
. I dont understand the whole casino bonus and freezing the account thing though? Only thing is email jon or pm him and see what he can do

Don't bet sports that you don't know the rules too..
All moneylines in soccer are 3-way bets.... team 1/draw/team 2.... this is how it is everywhere.Comment -

I gather the 150% "casino bonus" was put in as cash. He used it to try and build up his bank roll in sports. It was noticed and the "casino" reload was put in the casino after 2 days of not playing. He didn't want it so he took another offer.
Stinks the game ended in a draw. It was a good last 10 minutes to watch.Comment -
