Sure, for people that know nothing abouit football.

I'm an American, and I straight up admit I don't know nearly as much as the "natives". But I do know this, and it's true in all sports. When you play not to lose, eventually you do. England has pressed more in extra time than all of regulation. One shot on goal in 90+ minutes? Garbage. If there's any justice in the world, Italy wins.

Well the opener was more unpredictable for me, every 10-15 minutes it switched back and forth between what you think will happen to what was happening.

This one is more typical of a QF knockout game, cant expect too many goals in these.

If you'd come out and said "my team is weak and the only way they can win is a lucky counter or pk's" then it's all good. But that doesn't make it "good football". You'd hope that at this stage of a tournament of this stature the sport would be better represented. Total travesty if England wins. How's that for a brick wall.

It's all good . I only responded because for every post by an American (assumed) bashing soccer for being boring, there are just as many by self righteous non-Americans bashing us for being ignorant and not understanding the game. Sometimes boring is boring, and today's and yesterday's games sucked ass for the casual fan tuning in to see what all the fuss is about. I'd have more respect if they came out fighting, trying to win instead of hoping to get lucky. Now if Portugal can knock off Spain we got something!
